Harvest: 10/14/10, 562 lbs harvested; produced only 11 cases 100% Gorham Estate Cabernet, bottled on 1/23/13, brix level at harvest 26.5.

The year was marked by a severe onset of powdery mildew in the late Spring that covered the grapes with a light mold preventing them from expanding and ripening. The result was a very limited amount of good quality grapes. The grapes that survived the mildew were of excellent quality and resulted in a great wine. The wine was stored for two years in a new French oak half barrel that produced a fuller bodied wine with light oak flavors. This wine will keep for a long time and is tasting great now.  Very limited supply.
